Objectives

After passing the examination, you will receive the certificate of competence in accordance with SCC regulations Part 3.3. You will be familiar with the requirements of the SCC regulations and EKAS (FCOS) guideline 6508 and will be qualified to carry out activities within the scope of SCC. You will be able to analyse the causes of accidents and draw the necessary conclusions. This will enable you to reduce your accident insurance premiums. You will be able to successfully and efficiently integrate occupational safety into your company.

Certificate

Certificate of participation, certificate of competence upon passing the examination (SCC document 018); final examination (multiple choice) based on the SCC examination question catalogue.

The certificate is issued by the independent certification body Swiss Safety Center AG and is valid for 5 years.

SCC is an internationally recognised set of rules for management systems in the field of safety, health and environmental protection (EHS).
Objective: Occupational health and safety for employees of contractors (external companies) working on the premises of clients.
More and more companies in the EU are only considering companies that have an SCC certificate of competence.

Language:

The training course will be held in English.
The exam will be in English or German. Participants will be requested to provide their preferred language in advance. If this piece of information is not provided, the exam will be in English.

We work with the OpenOlat learning platform. Please provide us with your personal email address when you register. You will receive the link to register approximately two weeks before the course begins.

Laptop:

Please bring your laptop with you or let us know if you do not have one. We are happy to provide an iPad on request (limited number available).

Target Group

Operational employees who work for contractor companies (assembly companies, construction, cleaning, etc.). As a contractor, you are required to meet the SCC criteria (training, certification).
